Overview

Two rivers, two levels of adrenaline. The Río Colorado is a narrow canyon river with Class II–III rapids, lush walls and herons, iguanas and howler monkeys along the banks — fun for first-timers and experienced rafters alike. For experienced paddlers, the Río Tenorio packs 15 miles of continuous Class III–IV rapids where the dry forest meets the rainforest, with a riverside snack stop and lunch afterwards.
